Procedure Details: Unhappy with the overall shape and contour of his chest, this 28 year old Houston patient came to Vitenas Cosmetic Surgery for Gynecomastia treatment. Dr. Vitenas removed excess, localized fatty tissue through the nipple/areolar area. After the procedure, as seen in the Before/After photos, his breasts are smooth and level. The patient was overjoyed at his results.
