Procedure Details: The Before/After photos show a 25 year old patient from Katy, struggling with larger than average breasts. Dr. Vitenas performed surgical correction to treat his Gynecomastia, including excision of excess fatty tissue and chest contouring with liposuction. At 6 ½ months post-op, the patient’s chest far exceeds his expectations.
